From 1990 to 2012 I treated patients at my Main Street medical office, volunteered at the Rotacare clinic and with the Ocean View “Odd Fellows,” contributed to scholarships and other worthwhile causes and served on HMB city council for four years.

Desde 1990 hasta 2012, traté a pacientes en mi consultorio médico de Main Street, me ofrecí como voluntario en la clínica Rotacare y con los "Odd Fellows" de Ocean View, contribuí a becas y otras causas valiosas, y presté servicio en el consejo municipal de HMB durante cuatro años.

I am an active member of the Half Moon Bay History Association and have served as a board member on many committees including the Sewer Authority Midcoast, Coastside Emergency Corps, Chamber of Commerce, SMCo Airport Rountable, Peninsula Clean Energy, SMCo Library JPA, Home For All, HMB Homeless Collaborative and others.

I have a large, loving family, two wonderful children and two darling grandchildren.

I am so grateful for my dear friends and patients, who have made my life in Half Moon Bay so rich and rewarding. During my years of medical practice, volunteering, participating in the artistic community and involvement in social and recreational groups, I have learned that it is the people of Half Moon Bay who make it such a great place to live. I love being on City Council because I have the chance to help all of our community and especially those whose needs are the greatest.

Estoy muy agradecida por mis queridos amigos y pacientes, que han hecho que mi vida en Half Moon Bay sea tan rica y gratificante. Durante mis años de práctica médica, voluntariado, participación en la comunidad artística y participación en grupos sociales y recreativos, he aprendido que son las personas de Half Moon Bay las que lo convierten en un excelente lugar para vivir. Me encanta estar en el Ayuntamiento porque tengo la oportunidad de ayudar a toda nuestra comunidad y especialmente a aquellas cuyas necesidades son las mejores.
